Battlefields Country Lodge & Sports Resort makes for an excellent corporate get-away and meeting place. We have a conference venue to suit all your business’s needs, whether large or small, and enough bedrooms to house 140 delegates sharing. If your conference is larger than 140 pax please speak to us for alternative solutions.

Aside from our main conferencing venues we are able to provide break-away rooms/areas on request.

For catering, please enquire about our suggested menus and rates as we will tailor-make a menu to suit your budget. This can be discussed with our Food & Beverage Manager when you make your booking.

Royal Warrior

THE ROYAL WARRIOR

The Royal Warrior Conference Venue overlooks the airstip and sportsfield in a more private area of the Lodge. It has a verandah with an outside picnic-type setting that is perfect for tea and lunch breaks.

The kitchen at the Royal Warrior is merely a preparation area for serving, so please keep this in mind if you bring caterers in. No stoves or ovens are available for cooking in this venue. Please discuss your menu, fridge and food needs with our manager when you book.

This is a large venue ideal for big groups but can also be sectioned in half for smaller meetings.

Lake House

SPORTS BAR

A favourite venue for small groups of about 30 people, the Sports Bar is situated overlooking the Super Bowl and grounds of the lodge. This venue has a built in projector and pull down screen that can be used for your conference, as well as a big screen for sport should you be interested in watching a game.

We can provide tea/coffee and snacks in this venue and delegates can hop across to the Café for larger meals.

Warriors Arms

KINGS VIEW

The King’s View room is a good choice for intimate meetings and can be used as a break-away room for small discussion groups.

We will light a fire for you in the Winter months so that you can catch up on work whilst keeping warm.
